We start by understanding exactly what you're sourcing — your product, budget, target margin, order quantity, any certifications you need (like RCM or SAA) and your deadline. You'll hear back within one business day.
Independent inspections are where most China orders go wrong. We make them non-negotiable.
Most sellers only discover a quality problem once the goods reach Australia — when it's too late and expensive to fix. We inspect independently against your approved Golden Sample while the goods are still in China, so defects are caught, held and reworked before they ever leave the factory.
We check quality mid-production — while the line is still running and issues can still be fixed. A wrong material, colour or dimension gets caught before the whole order is made, not after.
Before anything ships, a professional agency runs a Level II AQL inspection on the finished goods — measurements, function tests, defect counts and labelling — and gives a clear pass or hold call.
Every inspection is independent of the factory. If goods don't meet the agreed standard, we hold the shipment and manage rework before it leaves China.
