We start by understanding exactly what you're sourcing — your product, budget, target margin, order quantity, any certifications you need (like RCM or SAA) and your deadline. You'll hear back within one business day.
Independent inspections are where most China orders go wrong. So we build them into every order.
Most sellers only discover a quality problem once the goods reach Australia — when it's too late and expensive to fix. We inspect independently against your approved Golden Sample while the goods are still in China, so defects are caught, held and reworked before they ever leave the factory.
We check quality mid-production — while the line is still running and issues can still be fixed. A wrong material, colour or dimension gets caught before the whole order is made, not after.
Before anything ships, a professional agency runs a Level II AQL inspection on the finished goods — measurements, function tests, defect counts and labelling — and gives a clear pass or hold call.
Every inspection is independent of the factory. If goods don't meet the agreed standard, we hold the shipment and manage rework before it leaves China.

You pay the factory directly for your goods and samples. We charge only a service fee, agreed in writing before any work starts — no markup on goods and no commissions or rebates from factories. Your first sourcing report is free.
Yes — sourcing low-MOQ, export-ready suppliers is one of the first things we do, so you can validate a product before committing to volume.
Absolutely. Our Factory Verification service confirms it's a genuine manufacturer with export capability — company checks, certificates, a video or on-site audit and sample verification before you pay a deposit.
We help you identify which Australian requirements may apply to your product and request the factory's test reports and certificates. Any testing is done by accredited labs, with your approval and at your cost. We don't provide legal or compliance advice, so for regulated products we recommend confirming requirements with the relevant regulator or a compliance specialist.
We report it before the goods leave the factory, with photos and details, so you can ask the factory to rework or replace them before you pay the balance. That's why we recommend paying the balance only after the goods pass inspection.
Yes. We coordinate packaging design and production with the factory or a packaging supplier, so your goods arrive retail-ready.
